Booth Sizes:
All exhibitor booths include a table and two chairs.
- 10ft x 10ft booth – $500
- 10ft x 10ft booth with power – $550
- 20ft x 40ft Main floor with power (includes logo on all signage) – $5,000
Move In:
Sponsors and Exhibitors are welcome to stage their equipment and/or vehicles in the parking lot.

- Booth vendors from 10 AM – 5 PM
- Large equipment main floor from 1 – 5 PM
Tear Down:
- April 16, 2025
- AFTER 4 PM.
- Exhibitors and Sponsors must be out of building by 5:30 PM.
